Our take
I grabbed these Monarch II (or Ultra Play) cleats for practice, and they're functional but basic. The synthetic upper is stiff out of the box and needs a few sessions to soften. Traction on firm grass and AG is okay, nothing special. For $59, they're cheap, but you can feel the cost-cutting in the materials: the insole is thin, and the tongue slips a bit. Fit is average width. If you're on a tight budget or need a backup pair, they'll do, but don't expect performance features.
